Come and join us for a full day of tap! Free workshops and live music and dance performances for absolute beginners to advanced students. All are welcome to the fringe activities including arts and craft, rhythm activities, screening of tap dance clips as well as performances and a live jam session in the evening. Places available on first come first served basis – bring your friends, families, loves ones and pets!

Daytime Activities: 1 – 6pm


Intermediate kids: 1:00 – 2:00pm
Intermediate Adults: 2:00 – 3:30pm
Advanced Adults: 3:30 – 5:00pm
Parent and Child (5-8yrs): 4:00 – 5:00pm (no experience needed)
Beginner Adults: 5:00 – 6:30pm (no experience needed)


Fringe Activities:

Rhythm games for kids
Arts and craft – canvas rhythm painting
Screening of tap dance videos
Evening Activities: 6 – 10pm (music and dance collaborations)

Piano trio live music set: 6:30 – 7:15pm
Piano trio live music set: 7:45 – 9:00pm
Piano trio – music and tap jam: 9:30 – 9:45pm

Getting here:
Kult Kafe at Emily Hill, S228120 is only a 6-8 min walk from Wilkie Edge or Little India MRT.

From Wilkie Edge / Peace Centre
Keep right and walk up Wilkie Rd against the flow of the traffic > after you pass Le Wilkie apartments look for steps on the right leading to Emily Hill and Hangout Hotel > Up the steps and you’re here!

From Little India MRT
Exit A Little India MRT Station > cross the car park towards Rex Theatre > Niven Rd > left up the stairs through Emily Hill Park > left into Emily Hill

Taxi / Driving:
Head up Sophia Road beside Peace Centre. Stay on Sophia to the top of the hill and when the road forks, take the left (Upper Wilkie Road). We’re at the end of Upper Wilkie Road, beside Hangout Hotel.

If you are driving, we recommend parking at Little India MRT or Wilkie Edge to avoid disruption as there is very limited parking along the street.
